The moulding process is realized with BMB injection presses. They are regulated by a computerised system, which guarantees a better control of the quality system during the production process. Frequent measurements and continuous checking allow us to make sure that the parameters are respected. Should a value not match the tolerance range, an alarm system will automatically reject the faulty product. The presses work with oleo-pneumatic accumulators , which control all the working phases and are able to supply high and constant speeds, together with precise and controlled movements.
